Data Deletion

AndroidDrop Cloud Share is built around automatic deletion. This page explains how your data is removed and how to request deletion.

Automatic deletion (default)

• Every shared bucket is deleted after 24 hours, or after one complete download, whichever happens first.
• Drafts that are never finished are cleaned up automatically as well.
• A scheduled server worker runs regularly to physically remove expired, consumed, and revoked files from storage.

Delete a share yourself (immediately)

• On the completion screen after you create a share, tap Revoke share — this blocks further downloads and removes the stored files.
• Revoking is available from the same browser you used to create the share.

Request deletion

Because public sharing requires no account, there is no stored profile to delete. If you need a specific share removed sooner, or have any other deletion request, email support@androiddrop.com with the share link or six-digit code. We will remove the referenced data promptly. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal details in your message.

What deletion does and does not cover

Deletion removes the files from our servers and blocks further access through the service. It cannot recall copies that a receiver already downloaded to their own device before deletion.
